The request for a quote was answered quickly and the initial survey carried out well, estimate arrived quickly was... accepted and paid.A few days later the date of the 28th November for fixing was confirmed by Signet. On the 27th November no confirmation of fitting had been received so we had to contact the company to confirm timings and it was agreed that 9.30am on Thursday 28th November was correct.By 10.45am on that day no one had arrived and it took 3 further phone calls to confirm that the fitters were still at the depot and not even loaded. It was obvious that a certain amount of panic set in and we were left hanging onto the phone only to be told that the filters were on their way. The team arrived within 10 minutes and the new signage fitted in a very satisfactory way.The big problem was internal communication, somebody made a complete mess of confirming the fitting date, we ca. Therefore only award 3 starsread more

I am really impressed with this company. I’ve never ordered any lettering and as the honours board was last done in... 2017 the task was daunting.They were really helpful and easy to contact. Any queries were dealt with promptly and Andy was really patient and helpful. I’ve received the lettering and they look great, I’ve just got to put them on the board now. Lovely company.read more

We ordered some 3d stand alone lettering/logo for the exterior wall of one of our care homes in July 24. The service... was exceptional! The company were great at problem solving, as part of our logo made the design aspect of what we wanted, quite tricky. We were quoted for 2 different options to facilitate getting what we wanted. The whole process from making my initial query until receiving the product only took 25 days in total. Previously tried... other places but they seemed to want payment upfront before we had even seen a draft of what it could look like but Signet Signs gave very clear detail and a proof of the sign so I knew exactly how it would appear before making payment. We even had a change of plan after the first proof as was more space at the bottom than expected so no problem, a small re-design to our new requirements and new proof sent next working day. Received the board today and looks great. Maybe the delivery people could inform when delivery is expected as was a surprise to go outside and find it up against the front wall. Now just need to take to our ground and I am sure all will be impressed with it.read more

It took 7 weeks from my initial contact to delivery of the completed boards for Headwell Bowling Club. In those seven... weeks I had many calls and emails to discuss and tweak the presentation and font size of the lettering until I was happy with the finished article. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and with each version a refreshed cost was provided. From start to finish I was very impressed by the service received, this included communications and several variations... to our 8 Honours boards ordered from Mike and his team. We asked for installation within the price, and again I was blown away from how professional Sam was and his attention to detail when he erected the boards after a long drive, (well worth the extra cost which was very reasonable considering that we were on the otherside of the country). Competitive pricing. A slight hiccup in the timing and quality of signage designs being completed, HOWEVER superb... customer service has consistently been provided by Andy Catlyn, and other individuals spoken to on the phone. Once reached, response and resolution have been prompt and pro-active.Notes that can assist with improvement:Systems may need reviewing to ensure emails are directed to those available/individuals receiving them are available to action them. I requested a naming system for our design files, to avoid confusion with our 3 very similar designs. This has worked.Identification of a sign design process with managed time expectancy and costs. It is a huge benefit to have no cost attached to the design work, YET identifying the parameters of this i.e. at what point costs could/would be incurred could help a future customer.We are on the first few sites of having these signs, therefore will look forward to reporting back on the quality!read more

Promising start but unfortunately not a happy ending. Main project great with a hiccup on a smaller scale. Partial... order delivered great quality, however second half failed to deliver. Friendly until issue arises. No solution proposed. I would personally explore other options available on the market with next project.Thank you for your reply Mike to my review.
