Mike Rawlings

Managing Director

Mike joined the company in 2003 bringing a strong background in business management with him.  Since then he has overseen many significant operational upgrades with a focus on measurably improving our customers experience.

When not at work, Mike’s interests lie in running & track days. He can be frequently found running everything from 5k’s to marathons or whizzing around the UK’s race circuits in his car.

Nicola Smith

Business Co-ordinator

Nicola is responsible for quotations and marketing within Signet Signs Ltd.  Her previous experience of co-ordinating with some of the UK’s most prestigious companies provides a solid background for her daily workload with us.

With superb organisational skills and an eye for detail, Nicola has proven herself invaluable in consistently sourcing innovative sign solutions for our customers.

Martin Weldon

Production Supervisor

Martin joined the team in 1984 as a teenager and is still with us today.  Now with over 30 years experience & a passion for absolute accuracy, Martin has a track record of ensuring we safely deliver the right solution on time.

His extensive knowledge of fine wines far surpasses ours, making him the perfect person for us to get gift advice from.  A Cobos Volturno Cabernet Malbec from 2010 sir?

Tom Haldane

Production Supervisor

Tom joined us in Feb 2016 filling a gap within our production department for an additional supervisor.  He adds his existing experience of managing health, safety & customer experience aboard a well known top level cruise company.

With such a wide range of customer facing experiences, Tom is well placed to ensure that customer expectations are always met and usually exceeded when it comes to our installations.

 

Kieran Rawlings

Digital Marketing Executive

With a diverse knowledge & range of qualifications Kieran adds a fresh viewpoint to our existing team with innovation & excellent customer service strategies, coming up with better ideas to give our customers exactly what they want in the most efficient & cost effective manner.

With a passionate interest in e-Sports he can frequently be found either participating or spectating tournaments around the globe!

Sam Case

Art & Graphic Design

Sam recently joined us in early 2017, providing us with a further insight into her expertise in corporate branding. Her time as a free lance designer in Australia has given her the organisational skills and design talent to take high scale jobs straight on and get the best results possible.

 

Andrew Barrett

Installations & Manufacturing

Andy joined Signet in 2005.  Since then he has added to his manufacturing skills repertoire through experiences in a number of our production areas.  He is a key member in guaranteeing installations happen safely and ‘as expected’ by our customers and ourselves.

Andy has a passion for all things ‘Marvel’ and is believed to be responsible for the ‘Iron Man’ poster which suddenly appeared on our canteen wall.

James Lockyer

Playground Marking Specialist

James joined us in 2011 as part of our participation in City of Bristol College’s NVQ Level 2 in Sign Making apprenticeship scheme.   Already holding a degree in animation & BTEC national diploma in multi-media, its no surprise that he has found himself in such a creative role.   Additionally, James manages the workflow of our laser cutter, ensuring that complex shapes are precision cut millimeter perfect!

James’s energy and enthusiasm regularly sees him completing 10k’s, half  marathons, marathons and Tough Mudder events.

Louis Lewton

Playground Marking Specialist

Louis came to us in June 2016, on a temporary basis, to help with the increased demand for our playground markings.  Due to the continuing growth, he is now employed in a permanent position within our team.

He can often be seen bird watching on lunch breaks, and has various plans to build an aviary… or three.
